This policy explains what personal data Innovex Agency ("we", "us") collects when you use this website or work with us, why we collect it, and the choices you have. It covers our website and our Stripe account brokerage and managed services.

• Stripe account details, business entity structure and transaction history, gathered during your eligibility assessment

Derivative data (collected automatically)

• IP address, browser type and operating system when you visit our website

2. How we use your information

• Assessing your eligibility for the revenue-share programme
• Managing your partner profile and weekly revenue-share payouts
• Connecting you with e-commerce operators
• Monitoring transactions for anti-money laundering compliance
• Sending administrative updates about your account or changes to our terms

We never sell your data to third-party marketers.

3. Who we share it with

• Verified e-commerce partners: only the information necessary to operate the business arrangement you've agreed to.
• Service providers: companies that host our website, email and files, under confidentiality terms.
• Authorities: when required by law, or to protect our rights and safety.

4. Data security

We use standard administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect your information. We do not request or store Stripe passwords and use OAuth and API keys where applicable.

5. How long we keep it

Enquiries that don't become active partnerships are deleted after 12 months. Partner data is kept for the length of the arrangement and then for as long as the law requires for business records, after which we delete it. You can ask us to delete your data sooner, unless the law requires us to keep it.

6. Your rights (GDPR — EEA and UK residents)

If you are in the EEA or the UK, you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Update or rectify inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Object to or restrict how we process your data
• Receive a portable copy of your data

To exercise any of these rights, email us. We'll respond within 30 days. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

7. International transfers

We work with clients worldwide, and our service providers may store data in other countries. Where this happens, we use providers that protect data to a standard required by applicable law.

We'll update the date at the top of this page whenever this policy changes. For significant changes, we'll notify active partners by email.
